Sabbath Delight

1 Hear ye this word which I take up against you, even a lamentation, O house of Israel.
2 The virgin of Israel is fallen; she shall no more rise: she is forsaken upon her land; there is none to raise her up.
3 For thus saith the Lord GOD; The city that went out by a thousand shall leave an hundred, and that which went forth by an hundred shall leave ten, to the house of Israel.
4 For thus saith the LORD unto the house of Israel, Seek ye me, and ye shall live:
5 But seek not Bethel, nor enter into Gilgal, and pass not to Beersheba: for Gilgal shall surely go into captivity, and Bethel shall come to nought.
6 Seek the LORD, and ye shall live; lest he break out like fire in the house of Joseph, and devour it, and there be none to quench it in Bethel.
7 Ye who turn judgment to wormwood, and leave off righteousness in the earth,
8 Seek him that maketh the seven stars and Orion, and turneth the shadow of death into the morning, and maketh the day dark with night: that calleth for the waters of the sea, and poureth them out upon the face of the earth: The LORD is his name:
9 That strengtheneth the spoiled against the strong, so that the spoiled shall come against the fortress.
10 They hate him that rebuketh in the gate, and they abhor him that speaketh uprightly.
11 Forasmuch therefore as your treading is upon the poor, and ye take from him burdens of wheat: ye have built houses of hewn stone, but ye shall not dwell in them; ye have planted pleasant vineyards, but ye shall not drink wine of them.
12 For I know your manifold transgressions and your mighty sins: they afflict the just, they take a bribe, and they turn aside the poor in the gate from their right.
13 Therefore the prudent shall keep silence in that time; for it is an evil time.
14 Seek good, and not evil, that ye may live: and so the LORD, the God of hosts, shall be with you, as ye have spoken.
15 Hate the evil, and love the good, and establish judgment in the gate: it may be that the LORD God of hosts will be gracious unto the remnant of Joseph.
16 Therefore the LORD, the God of hosts, the LORD, saith thus; Wailing shall be in all streets; and they shall say in all the highways, Alas! alas! and they shall call the husbandman to mourning, and such as are skilful of lamentation to wailing.
17 And in all vineyards shall be wailing: for I will pass through thee, saith the LORD.
18 Woe unto you that desire the day of the LORD! to what end is it for you? the day of the LORD is darkness, and not light.
19 As if a man did flee from a lion, and a bear met him; or went into the house, and leaned his hand on the wall, and a serpent bit him.
20 Shall not the day of the LORD be darkness, and not light? even very dark, and no brightness in it?
21 I hate, I despise your feast days, and I will not smell in your solemn assemblies.
22 Though ye offer me burnt offerings and your meat offerings, I will not accept them: neither will I regard the peace offerings of your fat beasts.
23 Take thou away from me the noise of thy songs; for I will not hear the melody of thy viols.
24 But let judgment run down as waters, and righteousness as a mighty stream.
25 Have ye offered unto me sacrifices and offerings in the wilderness forty years, O house of Israel?
26 But ye have borne the tabernacle of your Moloch and Chiun your images, the star of your god, which ye made to yourselves.
27 Therefore will I cause you to go into captivity beyond Damascus, saith the LORD, whose name is The God of hosts.

Chapter 24 “Destroyed for lack of knowledge”

God’s favor toward Israel had always been conditional on their obedience. At the foot of Sinai they had entered into covenant relationship with Him as His “peculiar treasure… above all people.” Solemnly they had promised to follow in the path of obedience. “All that the Lord hath spoken we will do,” they had said. Exodus 19:5, 8. And when, a few days afterward, God’s law was spoken from Sinai, and additional instruction in the form of statutes and judgments was communicated through Moses, the Israelites with one voice had again promised, “All the words which the Lord hath said will we do.” At the ratification of the covenant, the people had once more united in declaring, “All that the Lord hath said will we do, and be obedient,” Exodus 24:3, 7. God had chosen Israel as His people, and they had chosen Him as their King. {PK 293.1; PR.219.1}

Near the close of the wilderness wandering the conditions of the covenant had been repeated. At Baalpeor, on the very borders of the Promised Land, where many fell a prey to subtle temptation, those who remained faithful renewed their vows of allegiance. Through Moses they were warned against the temptations that would assail them in the future; and they were earnestly exhorted to remain separate from the surrounding nations and to worship God alone. {PK 293.2; PR.219.2}

“Now therefore hearken,” Moses had instructed Israel, “unto the statutes and unto the judgments, which I teach you, for to do them, that ye may live, and go in and possess the land which the Lord God of your fathers giveth you. Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish aught from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the Lord your God which I command you…. Keep therefore and do them; for this is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the nations, which shall hear all these statutes, and say, Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.” Deuteronomy 4:1-6. {PK 294.1; PR.219.3}

The Israelites had been specially charged not to lose sight of the commandments of God, in obedience to which they would find strength and blessing. “Take heed to thyself, and keep thy soul diligently,” had been the word of the Lord to them through Moses, “lest thou forget the things which thine eyes have seen, and lest they depart from thy heart all the days of thy life: but teach them thy sons, and thy sons’ sons.” Verse 9. The awe-inspiring scenes connected with the giving of the law at Sinai were never to be forgotten. Plain and decided were the warnings that had been given Israel against the idolatrous customs prevailing among the neighboring nations. “Take ye … good heed unto yourselves,” was the counsel given; “lest ye corrupt yourselves, and make you a graven image, the similitude of any figure,” “and lest thou lift up thine eyes unto heaven, and when thou seest the sun, and the moon, and the stars, even all the host of heaven, shouldest be driven to worship them, and serve them, which the Lord thy God hath divided unto all nations under the whole heaven.” “Take heed unto yourselves, lest ye forget the covenant of the Lord your God, which He made with you, and make you a graven image, or the likeness of anything, which the Lord thy God hath forbidden thee.” Verses 15,16,19,23. {PK 294.2; PR.220.1}

Moses traced the evils that would result from a departure from the statutes of Jehovah. Calling heaven and earth to witness, he declared that if, after having dwelt long in the Land of Promise, the people should introduce corrupt forms of worship and bow down to graven images and should refuse to return to the worship of the true God, the anger of the Lord would be aroused, and they would be carried away captive and scattered among the heathen. “Ye shall soon utterly perish from off the land whereunto ye go over Jordan to possess it,” he warned them; “ye shall not prolong your days upon it, but shall utterly be destroyed. And the Lord shall scatter you among the nations, and ye shall be left few in number among the heathen, whither the Lord shall lead you. And there ye shall serve gods, the work of men’s hands, wood and stone, which neither see, nor hear, nor eat, nor smell.” Verses 26-28. {PK 295.1; PR.220.2}

This prophecy, fulfilled in part in the time of the judges, met a more complete and literal fulfillment in the captivity of Israel in Assyria and of Judah in Babylon. {PK 296.1; PR.221.1}

The apostasy of Israel had developed gradually. From generation to generation, Satan had made repeated attempts to cause the chosen nation to forget “the commandments, the statutes, and the judgments” that they had promised to keep forever. Deuteronomy 6:1. He knew that if he could only lead Israel to forget God, and to “walk after other gods, and serve them, and worship them,” they would “surely perish.” Deuteronomy 8:19. {PK 296.2; PR.221.2}

The enemy of God’s church upon the earth had not, however, taken fully into account the compassionate nature of Him who “will by no means clear the guilty,” yet whose glory it is to be “merciful and gracious, long-suffering, and abundant in goodness and truth, keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin.” Exodus 34:6,7. Despite the efforts of Satan to thwart God’s purpose for Israel, nevertheless even in some of the darkest hours of their history, when it seemed as if the forces of evil were about to gain the victory, the Lord graciously revealed Himself. He spread before Israel the things that were for the welfare of the nation. “I have written to him the great things of My law,” He declared through Hosea, “but they were counted as a strange thing.” “I taught Ephraim also to go, taking them by their arms; but they knew not that I healed them.” Hosea 8:12; 11:3. Tenderly had the Lord dealt with them, instructing them by His prophets line upon line, precept upon precept. {PK 296.3; PR.221.3}

Had Israel heeded the messages of the prophets, they would have been spared the humiliation that followed. It was because they had persisted in turning aside from His law that God was compelled to let them go into captivity. “My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge,” was His message to them through Hosea. “Because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee: … seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God.” Hosea 4:6. {PK 297.1; PR.222.1}

In every age, transgression of God’s law has been followed by the same result. In the days of Noah, when every principle of rightdoing was violated, and iniquity became so deep and widespread that God could no longer bear with it, the decree went forth, “I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth.” Genesis 6:7. In Abraham’s day the people of Sodom openly defied God and His law; and there followed the same wickedness, the same corruption, the same unbridled indulgence, that had marked the antediluvian world. The inhabitants of Sodom passed the limits of divine forbearance, and there was kindled against them the fire of God’s vengeance. {PK 297.2; PR.222.2}

The time preceding the captivity of the ten tribes of Israel was one of similar disobedience and of similar wickedness. God’s law was counted as a thing of nought, and this opened the floodgates of iniquity upon Israel. “The Lord hath a controversy with the inhabitants of the land,” Hosea declared, “because there is no truth, nor mercy, nor knowledge of God in the land. By swearing, and lying, and killing, and stealing, and committing adultery, they break out, and blood toucheth blood.” Hosea 4:1,2. {PK 297.3; PR.222.3}

The prophecies of judgment delivered by Amos and Hosea were accompanied by predictions of future glory. To the ten tribes, long rebellious and impenitent, was given no promise of complete restoration to their former power in Palestine. Until the end of time, they were to be “wanderers among the nations.” But through Hosea was given a prophecy that set before them the privilege of having a part in the final restoration that is to be made to the people of God at the close of earth’s history, when Christ shall appear as King of kings and Lord of lords. “Many days,” the prophet declared, the ten tribes were to abide “without a king, and without a prince, and without a sacrifice, and without an image, and without an ephod, and without teraphim.” “Afterward,” the prophet continued, “shall the children of Israel return, and seek the Lord their God, and David their king; and shall fear the Lord and His goodness in the latter days.” Hosea 3:4,5. {PK 298.1; PR.222.4}

In symbolic language Hosea set before the ten tribes God’s plan of restoring to every penitent soul who would unite with His church on earth, the blessings granted Israel in the days of their loyalty to Him in the Promised Land. Referring to Israel as one to whom He longed to show mercy, the Lord declared, “I will allure her, and bring her into the wilderness, and speak comfortably unto her. And I will give her her vineyards from thence, and the valley of Achor for a door of hope: and she shall sing there, as in the days of her youth, and as in the day when she came up out of the land of Egypt. And it shall be at that day, saith the Lord, that thou shalt call Me Ishi [“My husband,” margin]; and shalt call Me no more Baali [“My lord,” margin]. For I will take away the names of Baalim out of her mouth, and they shall no more be remembered by their name.” Hosea 2:14-17. {PK 298.2; PR.223.1}

In the last days of this earth’s history, God’s covenant with His commandment-keeping people is to be renewed. “In that day will I make a covenant for them with the beasts of the field, and with the fowls of heaven, and with the creeping things of the ground: and I will break the bow and the sword and the battle out of the earth, and will make them to lie down safely. And I will betroth thee unto Me forever; yea, I will betroth thee unto Me in righteousness, and in judgment, and in loving-kindness, and in mercies. I will even betroth thee unto Me in faithfulness: and thou shalt know the Lord. {PK 299.1; PR.223.2}

“And it shall come to pass in that day, I will hear, saith the Lord, I will hear the heavens, and they shall hear the earth; and the earth shall hear the corn, and the wine, and the oil; and they shall hear Jezreel. And I will sow her unto Me in the earth; and I will have mercy upon her that had not obtained mercy; and I will say to them which were not My people, Thou art My people; and they shall say, Thou art my God.” Verses 18-23. {PK 299.2; PR.223.3}

“In that day” “the remnant of Israel, and such as are escaped of the house of Jacob, … shall stay upon the Lord, the Holy One of Israel, in truth.” Isaiah 10:20. From “every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people” there will be some who will gladly respond to the message, “Fear God, and give glory to Him; for the hour of His judgment is come.” They will turn from every idol that binds them to earth, and will “worship Him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.” They will free themselves from every entanglement and will stand before the world as monuments of God’s mercy. Obedient to the divine requirements, they will be recognized by angels and by men as those that have kept “the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.” Revelation 14:6, 7, 12. {PK 299.3; PR.224.1}

“Behold, the days come, saith the Lord, that the plowman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes him that soweth seed; and the mountains shall drop sweet wine, and all the hills shall melt. And I will bring again the captivity of My people of Israel, and they shall build the waste cities, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and drink the wine thereof; they shall also make gardens, and eat the fruit of them. And I will plant them upon their land, and they shall no more be pulled up out of their land which I have given them, saith the Lord thy God.” Amos 9:13-15. {PK 300.1; PR.224.2}

Beloved, December 9, 2018. While I was reading the word of God, the word of the Lord came to me saying: “there is a way that seems right to man but its end is the way of death, entrust your way to Jehovah, trust in Him, and He will do; many walk in indolence and presumption, their plans, their plans are totally far from the ways of God, but they think they are right, these stumble time after time on the way, but even more they insist on their indolence; they don’t take the time to stop and ask God if their path is right or wrong; and it was let known to me that whoever does so, will not be let known the heavenly purpose for his life.” {Daisy Escalante: 12-09-2018 , en.p1}

“Satan has to constantly promote and sell the apparent happiness, ‘all this I will give you if prostrate you worship me,’ but God is the Sovereign, owner and creator of everything that exists, and does not act in such a way as His adversary, since for Him competition does not exist, He says: I am the way, the truth, and the life, and even the one who is dead will live; I place the path of life before you, so walk through it so that you may live.” I saw that each thing, no matter how insignificant, must be submitted to God and seek to know His will, the housewife should ask God what she should cook for her family so that this has good health, and the head of the family should walk on his knees asking for heavenly direction to know how to rule his house well. It was let me know that the Lord is very pending in these moment to the final outcome, and that His ministering angels are reinforcing their efforts in the last preparation of this world; We must not for a moment neglect our preparation, beloved, for it is not entirely in our hands; our part is to acknowledge or accept our guilt, to ask forgiveness in prayer and supplication, to humble ourselves in acceptance and willingness submitted only to God, and then He will work His will in us; “Micah 6:8,” it was again repeated to me, since several times I have been told. ” And Habakkuk 2:4 that they are vital to begin the process of sanctification,” I was let know. {Daisy Escalante: 12-09-2018 , en.p3}

Beloved, August 31, 2019. I was allowed to know that implicit obedience to God is necessary in order to obtain, by God’s grace, His character.

The enemy traps us in his deception of procrastination and self-complacency. Sentimentality has been put in the place of reasoning. I was clearly told that Satan began his rebellion by refusing to obey Christ. “The enemy,” I was told, “who wanted to find excuses to denigrate God’s character, and openly violated the decalogue by using the false testimony.” There was no way that good was sought from him, and he in the good found evil, love he transformed it into hatred. The help that was wanted to be given to him he twisted it into weakness, with the time of grace that was given to him, he changed it by mortal attack, and not only did he desire this feeling for himself but he instigated two-thirds part of the Holy Angels to feel the same feeling as him. It was let me known that this process of being bitten by the ancient serpent is the same that the enemy uses until today, his tactics have not changed regarding that. I was let known that love and mercy flashed in all its splendor at that moment in heaven, and there a third part of those two-thirds parts fallen repented, humbled themselves, and could see in all its splendor the sublime and marvelous character of their creator, and the love for Him, which had not been mitigated, shone again in their hearts and they could see for what that enemy of God was, and the evil that flowed from him as how he really was. I was let known that anyone who practices envy, capcious questions, double disposition; practicing undermining the truth, being rebellious to a “it is written” because you do not believe it” or “because I do not understand it,” and already marks it as a lie, all this was let me known, is a root that comes from the evil one. After all this was explained to me, beloveds, I was let known that according to the love, truth and justice, mercy flashed in all its splendor at that moment in Heaven, and thus a third part of the angels were saved from becoming the prey of satan, and therefore to become demons; and the same, love, truth, justice, and mercy, will shine forth by the grace of God, from those whose characters are transformed by Christ Jesus, because they emptied their vessels and broke them at the feet of Jesus, and the potter made new their vessel and filled it with the power of the Holy Spirit, and the life of the individual no longer matters but the wonderful truth of Jesus Christ! and there, beloved, we begin to enjoy the Heavenly atmosphere on this earth! {Daisy Escalante: 08-31-2019 , en.p2}

I was told: “understand, that is why the Son of Man came to die for the mortal, and He did not care about His suffering, but He laid down His good for the disgrace of the human being, and built the broken bridge between heaven and earth, in the same way I was let known; that those who attain the measure of the character of Christ Jesus will work, and their faith and their patience, their loyalty to the law of God and His government, is their breath, and they will not fear to face the evil one and his followers, but will proclaim loud in voice impelled by the Holy Spirit, the truth, justice, love and mercy of God; and a light coming from God will shine through them; The enemy and his angels will see for the second time, how Christ Jesus will remove, from their forehead, those who were with some green, who were confused, who did not know the truth as it was, had not received the real testimony, and now upon receiving it, their minds are captured and their hearts are softened by the love of God, and they join the triumphant people to be saved.” Oh beloved! {Daisy Escalante: 08-31-2019 , en.p3}

-Ecumenism where everything is valid,

-homosexuality, women wearing men’s clothes, haircuts of men, makeups, following in the footsteps of Jezebel, rebellious diet that destroys the body, which is a loan from the creator towards us, and we are murderers of our own body, {Daisy Escalante: 08-31-2019 , en.p6}

-defenses of collective ideas, and getting a “it is written” out of the way in whole or in parts,

-applauders of the bad and offenders of the good, wicked of mind and heart but very active in the church day by day; I was let to know that these are opposite to the celestial kingdom, and that they will in no way have part in the everlasting kingdom. The rebellion of pagan practices, of the priestesses, are a living reflection that the people have departed from the Saint of Israel, but they say, as in Jerusalem, that God is there. {Daisy Escalante: 08-31-2019 , en.p7}

It was let me known, beloveds, that chapter 1 of the Great Controversy was not chosen at random to put it there, but that a mastermind ordered this book with its end that when opening the book, the first chapter there, the message will be clear and direct, and will reach the mind, and the spirit that wishes to be liberated from the deception can be liberated; But unfortunately the one who “follows man,” I was allowed to know, “admires the erudition and their deceptions, where they proclaim to the people that they continue in Jerusalem because God is there, and they do not realize that Jerusalem went through a few steps where in a moment grace ended, and then mercy, and then destruction fell on her and those who deceived the people, and the people joyfully allowed themselves to be deceived and died irremissibly in that city; I was allowed to know that those who remained there in rebellion, before dying, mocked those who left, ridiculed them in front of others, according to them, they were the ones who were well and enjoying all the benefits of Jerusalem, but they did not seem to notice that they were the ones who were going to destruction. I was let to know that today the church and the world are in corrupt harmony, and that ecumenism is the open door to papal tyranny, and that the persecuting hand of the enemy is loose and will not stop until God Himself stops it. All this human spiritual outcome will end with a world with two sides, those who love God above all things and those who love themselves more than God. 1 A prayer of Habakkuk the prophet upon Shigionoth.
2 O LORD, I have heard thy speech, and was afraid: O LORD, revive thy work in the midst of the years, in the midst of the years make known; in wrath remember mercy.
3 God came from Teman, and the Holy One from mount Paran. Selah. His glory covered the heavens, and the earth was full of his praise.
4 And his brightness was as the light; he had horns coming out of his hand: and there was the hiding of his power.
5 Before him went the pestilence, and burning coals went forth at his feet.
6 He stood, and measured the earth: he beheld, and drove asunder the nations; and the everlasting mountains were scattered, the perpetual hills did bow: his ways are everlasting.
7 I saw the tents of Cushan in affliction: and the curtains of the land of Midian did tremble.
8 Was the LORD displeased against the rivers? was thine anger against the rivers? was thy wrath against the sea, that thou didst ride upon thine horses and thy chariots of salvation?

13 Thou wentest forth for the salvation of thy people, even for salvation with thine anointed; thou woundedst the head out of the house of the wicked, by discovering the foundation unto the neck. Selah.

16 When I heard, my belly trembled; my lips quivered at the voice: rottenness entered into my bones, and I trembled in myself, that I might rest in the day of trouble: when he cometh up unto the people, he will invade them with his troops.
17 Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labour of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls:
18 Yet I will rejoice in the LORD, I will joy in the God of my salvation.
19 The LORD God is my strength, and he will make my feet like hinds’ feet, and he will make me to walk upon mine high places. To the chief singer on my stringed instruments.

January 25, 2020. In a dream I saw that some people were working near a mountain that had many rocks, and near this mountain there was a street that gave to the city; The chief of these workers demanded that they continue working in the street, which had the mountain, close with these rocks; Suddenly a strong earthquake hit the place and the rocks began to fall, and the workers ran towards the street, leaving even the expensive tools in their path. {Daisy Escalante: 01-25-2020 #01, en.p1}

I saw how children, young people and adults were dull by said education and their agile, planning and creative mind was reduced to shatters so that the education they received monopolized their senses, thus entering a classification that was ruled by a wealthy man, and he thus, only put in front of them the options that he wanted in favor of guaranteeing employment or else they would be removed from the support of the city; I saw how many people, many, but many lived nervous, busy and anguished, for fear of losing the support of the city and who controlled it. {Daisy Escalante: 01-25-2020 #01, en.p3}
