Sabbath Delight

1 Whosoever believeth that Jesus is the Christ is born of God: and every one that loveth him that begat loveth him also that is begotten of him.
2 By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God, and keep his commandments.
3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.
4 For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.
5 Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?
6 This is he that came by water and blood, even Jesus Christ; not by water only, but by water and blood. And it is the Spirit that beareth witness, because the Spirit is truth.
7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.
8 And there are three that bear witness in earth, the Spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.
9 If we receive the witness of men, the witness of God is greater: for this is the witness of God which he hath testified of his Son.
10 He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of his Son.
11 And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.
12 He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.
13 These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.
14 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:
15 And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.
16 If any man see his brother sin a sin which is not unto death, he shall ask, and he shall give him life for them that sin not unto death. There is a sin unto death: I do not say that he shall pray for it.
17 All unrighteousness is sin: and there is a sin not unto death.
18 We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not; but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not.
19 And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness.
20 And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.
21 Little children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen.

To Wrestle, Labor, and Strive (from chapter 5 “Faith and Works”)

We are to do all that we can do on our part to fight the good fight of faith. We are to wrestle, to labor, to strive, to agonize to enter in at the strait gate. We are to set the Lord ever before us. With clean hands, with pure hearts, we are to seek to honor God in all our ways. Help has been provided for us in Him who is mighty to save. The spirit of truth and light will quicken and renew us by its mysterious workings; for all our spiritual improvement comes from God, not from ourselves. The true worker will have divine power to aid him, but the idler will not be sustained by the Spirit of God. {FW 48.1; FO.48.1}

In one way we are thrown upon our own energies; we are to strive earnestly to be zealous and to repent, to cleanse our hands and purify our hearts from every defilement; we are to reach the highest standard, believing that God will help us in our efforts. We must seek if we would find, and seek in faith; we must knock, that the door may be opened unto us. The Bible teaches that everything regarding our salvation depends upon our own course of action. If we perish, the responsibility will rest wholly upon ourselves. If provision has been made, and if we accept God’s terms, we may lay hold on eternal life. We must come to Christ in faith, we must be diligent to make our calling and election sure. {FW 48.2; FO.48.2}

The forgiveness of sin is promised to him who repents and believes; the crown of life will be the reward of him who is faithful to the end. We may grow in grace by improving through the grace we already have. We are to keep ourselves unspotted from the world if we would be found blameless in the day of God. Faith and works go hand in hand; they act harmoniously in the work of overcoming. Works without faith are dead, and faith without works is dead. Works will never save us; it is the merit of Christ that will avail in our behalf. Through faith in Him, Christ will make all our imperfect efforts acceptable to God. The faith we are required to have is not a do-nothing faith; saving faith is that which works by love and purifies the soul. He who will lift up holy hands to God without wrath and doubting will walk intelligently in the way of God’s commandments. {FW 48.3; FO.48.3}

If we are to have pardon for our sins, we must first have a realization of what sin is, that we may repent and bring forth fruits meet for repentance. We must have a solid foundation for our faith; it must be founded on the Word of God, and its results will be seen in obedience to God’s expressed will. Says the apostle, “Without …[holiness] no man shall see the Lord” (Hebrews 12:14). {FW 49.1; FO.49.1}

Faith and works will keep us evenly balanced and make us successful in the work of perfecting Christian character. Jesus says, “Not every one that saith unto Me, Lord, Lord, shall enter in the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of My Father which is in heaven” ( Matthew 7:21). Speaking of temporal food, the apostle said, “For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat” (2 Thessalonians 3:10). The same rule applies to our spiritual nourishment; if any would have the bread of eternal life, let him make efforts to obtain it. {FW 49.2; FO.49.2}

We are living in an important and interesting period of this earth’s history. We need more faith than we have yet had; we need a firmer hold from above. Satan is working with all power to obtain the victory over us, for he knows that he has but a short time in which to work. Paul had fear and trembling in working out his salvation; and should not we fear lest a promise being left us, we should any of us seem to come short of it, and prove ourselves unworthy of eternal life? We should watch unto prayer, strive with agonizing effort to enter in at the strait gate. {FW 49.3; FO.50.1}

Beloved, August 25, 2018, in dreams I saw how I was in a building, I was like in a building that was similar to a hospital ward. There were many doors, in that corridor where I was, right and left, but in one of the doors there was a nursing station, from there several nurses came out on duty to do their different jobs and I saw how one of them told the other: we here make a slight diagnosis and sometimes we do not realize the work we are doing, but we are doing it. At that moment a man entered and began to say with strong words to these nurses, he told them: “you do not diagnose, the only one who diagnoses is the doctor.” Then they did as if trying to reason with him and told him: “no, but we in the vital and the pressure taking and all these things that we do, we do as a prediagnosis.” {Daisy Escalante: 08-25-2018 , en.p1}

But the person kept insisting that no, that was not the case, to the point that all of them began to cry, feeling that they were not doing their job well and that they were being accused by this character. When I saw that, well I went to this person and said: “it is not your duty to be saying this and it is not the way to say it, because we must avoid hurting people, the truth is said with love, and if the person, then does not wants to receive it, then do not receive it, but we are not going to be insulting people with words.” {Daisy Escalante: 08-25-2018 , en.p2}

So at that moment the person stayed standing when I told him that, but he continued walking through the corridor of this place and at the end there was a door; He left, and I went after him after comforting the nurses who were there in that place and letting them know that yes, they were doing as if it were a pre-diagnosis before the official diagnosis of the doctor or the laboratories, and when I finished to console them, I went out, and when I left I saw that there was at the end of that door like a path of dirt and grass that went up to a small mountain and then I began to walk to see if I could find the person and go talk to him and exhort him and give him encouragement and to ask him, please, to humble himself before the Lord, so that the Lord would take his mouth and his attitude, but I didn’t find him, and I said: “Lord, where did he go, if I just saw him come out this way? Not a long time ago? Where did he go?” But a voice told me: “he must be with me alone on the mountain to meet me and I will work in him.” I got a little sad because I couldn’t find him, but when I heard these words I was happy, and I said: “well Lord, you are going to take care of him, so then I must remain calm.” {Daisy Escalante: 08-25-2018 , en.p3}

At that moment the scene changed for me. Then I saw that I was standing on a descent and it was a descent that had many trees and at the end had a river, the descent was a bit steep, not that you could not go down it, but you had to go down very carefully. At that moment I see this character passing in front of me and I see that he is putting on as if he were wearing a dress, but an airplane, as if it were something small, a plane, something like that small. Then he is putting it on and I saw that the wings were very big and I said: “Lord, but what is this?” So I tell the person who is putting on this disguise that it was an airplane with very large wings, I tell him: “you will not be able to go down there like that, you must do it differently, you must leave that here, then you go down, do what you are going to do and go up, but you can’t go down like that that way.” But the person told me: “I have always done it, there is no problem, you will see how I can do it this time too.” {Daisy Escalante: 08-25-2018 , en.p4}

So the person began to go down, I saw how he had so much and so much difficulty! in that place, the wings of this plane that was he was wearing as disguise stayed embedded and all the wings broke. The person arrived very bruised, very in very bad condition, as well as the disguise this one, which he had from an airplane, to the bottom part; to the point that he was so tired from so much struggling and struggling that he lost his balance and fell into the water that had a very strong and turbulent current. Then he would grab it and I would try to entangle it in a tree because I felt that his weight was pulling me too, but when I was reaching to grab him to a tree so that he could be anchored with this that was holding him, suddenly the pull was too strong that I was there going with him, but I had to let go because I heard a voice that told me: “let go.” Then when I let go, I saw that he ran downstream, the current was carrying him away and I started running next to him, next to the river and yelling at him: “please hold on to what you can!, hold on to what you can!” But at one point the current was so turbulent and so strong that it sank him down and I didn’t see him anymore. {Daisy Escalante: 08-25-2018 , en.p6}

My suffering was so strong, so great dear brothers!, at that moment I said: “My God, please!, why has this happened?!” Then my companion approached me and said: “many fall into presumption, they think that we are in moments of so many things and of so many thoughts and of so many dreams, however, they have neglected the real task of God and have fallen into turbulent waters and now they do not know how to get out of there, their only course for them is to move forward, move forward and they are not realizing things.” At that moment he told me: “do not worry, His message will reach and those who are will understand because the understood will understand but , the non-understood will not understand, comply with the task and everything else, let’s leave it to the King of kings and Lord of lords.” {Daisy Escalante: 08-25-2018 , en.p7}

So beloved brothers, I fulfill my task at this time and may the Lord be the one who directs this at all times and please! let us listen to the Lord!, let us seek to do His will in every way, if God tells us to move forward, let’s move forward, if God tells us stop, let’s stop, He knows how He takes each one of us, our finite mind always wants to help God, always wants to think that we can go a little bit more, however when we are only sure is when we let ourselves be guided by the infinite mind of God. Beloved, April 19, 2019. In dreams I have been let to know that anarchy, within the people, who knows, will rise even with more strenght. Said my companion: “the persecution begins at the house.” {Daisy Escalante: 04-19-2019 , en.p1}

I saw how many who profess to be the remnant people of God are taking evil against those who are governed by a “it is written.” I saw how their looks were different towards us, and their angry speech showed their hatred for us. As we praised God and searched His face in humiliation and prayer, I saw how to them the time passed in the same daily routine. {Daisy Escalante: 04-19-2019 , en.p2}

Said my companion: “who will be able to stand before the judgement? The clean of hands, the one who did not harbor bribes in his heart, the one who does not love lies and is separated from evil. In heaven there are books,” He told me, “and each one of them, the God of the harvest passes his page to the review of each mortal, there only His finger can write the word ‘Forgiveness’ in the book of life. There is also the book of memories from where names are transferred to the books of life and death, no mortal will be able to see the movements that are in these books today, but these are reviewed with great scrutiny; Human rebellion, the fruit of caressed sin, makes them blind at such a solemn moment, and only their eyes fixed on the visible world incapacitates them from understanding the glories of the invisible but real world that is before us. Remember Thomas, he believed because he saw, more blessed were those who believed without seeing; the man is emboldened before the only one who can be his guarantor and he himself places the death sentence on his shoulders.” {Daisy Escalante: 04-19-2019 , en.p3}

At that time, beloved, I was taken to a large granary, this was huge, I could not see where its height ended, I saw how angels entered and went out of it, when they entered they carried something in their hands but when they left their hands were empty, I saw them leave quickly and they came to a beautiful field of ripe and thickened wheat ears that they collected with promptness, and put them in a sack, and when they filled it they returned to the enormous granary. I was allowed to approach that great beautiful field and I could see that these angels did not take all the wheat ears, I saw how from a perimeter of a square foot they took one wheat ear and left the others. I wondered for myself why they had left those wheat ears if they were identical to the others they had taken. So I went to the place and touched those wheat ears that looked lush and thickened, when I touched them they crumbled in my hands and a great wind came and took them away, I could not believe it! they were identical in size, thickness and beauty, but they were empty, there was no fruit in them! {Daisy Escalante: 04-19-2019 , en.p4}

I kept observing the work of those beautiful angels, they worked hard without stopping. As I watched this I was taken back in front of the granary that I couldn’t see where it ended because of how huge it was. I saw then how more angels arrived to put their full sacks. My companion said: “Observe.” I saw how this granary was completely filled and there was no more room for another sack. The angels that quickly left that place looked at the beautiful field full of wheat ears, apparently lush and thick, and while they looked, I saw how a very strong wind attacked that beautiful field and all the wheat ears were plucked and I never saw them again. These angels were crying and I heard them say: “the granary is ready, Sovereign King.” I saw how a bright light illuminated that huge granary, it shone with an indescribable light that blinded the view. I then heard a voice from heaven that said: “it is time.” I asked: “is it time for what?” And my companion replied: “the last phase has arrived before the coming of the Messiah Prince, everything that can be removed will be, and everything that can be saved will be, be aware and pray to the God of the harvest to gather you in His granary.” {Daisy Escalante: 04-19-2019 , en.p5}

I then saw a great commotion: how humans were invested by their own decision by evil spirits or by the Holy Spirit. An unprecedented worldwide movement began and every man was tested [to the extreme]. I saw how those invested with the Holy Spirit came out moved by a power from on high, and although the evil ones tried to stop it, it was unstoppable. Then I saw another Granary coming down from heaven, as huge as the previous one, I saw the movement of angels again and as they went everywhere in the world collecting wheat ears, these, those who were moved by the Holy Spirit, the evil ones wanted to stop them at all costs, but this was unstoppable. I saw that hell with all its power will struggle in vain to try to stop this unstoppable movement, and the evil one roared as when the lion is snatched its prey. He could no longer control those he had previously controlled, and his efforts were in vain. {Daisy Escalante: 04-19-2019 , en.p6}

Then I saw a stop of all movement, and I heard a voice from heaven saying: “the kingdoms of the world have become God’s and His kingdom and everything will be newly done.” The voice surrounded the world and everybody were able to hear. {Daisy Escalante: 04-19-2019 , en.p7}

At this moment, beloved, when this was happening I woke up, and they said: “Ezekiel 2:9-10.” May God grant that each of us can be in the Lord’s Granary. May the Lord bless you all. {Daisy Escalante: 04-19-2019 , en.p8}

Ezekiel 2:9-10

9 And when I looked, behold, an hand was sent unto me; and, lo, a roll of a book was therein;
10 And he spread it before me; and it was written within and without: and there was written therein lamentations, and mourning, and woe.

Beloved, September 20, 2019. The Lord told me at about 5:30 in the afternoon: “open the Ellen G White electronic library, look for the daily devotionals, do not look, give it to one and read what I will show you there.” So I did, I looked for the electronic library and when I was in the daily devotionals, I realized that they were all there, I closed my eyes, picked, I touched one of them, and when I began to read there was the story of Ezra, that day was September 10 , and I started reading. How wonderful was that of the daily devotional Conflict and Courage! which after reading it was that I realized, when I turned back, in which daily devotional I was. And at that moment I listened to the words of the Lord who told me: “there is the true key to transformation, the understood will understand.” {Daisy Escalante: 09-20-2019 , en.p1}

I leave this with you brothers. It is wonderful when we are approaching the sacred hours of the Lord, because we see that although throughout the whole week the Lord and heaven, all of them are very active in favor of the salvation of the human being, the sacred hours approaching, and in the sacred hours we see the great blessing of the Lord for each one of us! And as the Lord said: He is educating a people, He is educating an offspring, and each of us should learn on this sacred day, the words faithful and true of the Lord.” I hope this is a blessing for you, as it has been for all of us. Ezra, Student and Teacher, September 10

Ezra … prepared his heart to seek the law of the Lord, and to do it. Ezra 7:10. {CC 259.1; CV.259.1}

Born of the sons of Aaron, Ezra had been given a priestly training; and in addition to this he had acquired a familiarity with the writings of the magicians, the astrologers, and the wise men of the Medo-Persian realm. But he was not satisfied with his spiritual condition. He longed to be in full harmony with God; he longed for wisdom to carry out the divine will…. This led him to apply himself diligently to a study of the history of God’s people, as recorded in the writings of prophets and kings. He searched the historical and poetical books of the Bible to learn why the Lord had permitted Jerusalem to be destroyed and His people carried captive into a heathen land…. {CC 259.2; CV.259.2} {Daisy Escalante: 09-20-2019 , en.p3}

He studied the instruction given at Mount Sinai and through the long period of wilderness wandering. As he learned more and still more concerning God’s dealings with His children, and comprehended the sacredness of the law given at Sinai, Ezra’s heart was stirred. He experienced a new and thorough conversion and determined to master the records of sacred history, that he might use this knowledge to bring blessing and light to his people. {CC 259.3; CV.259.3} {Daisy Escalante: 09-20-2019 , en.p4}

Ezra endeavored to gain a heart preparation for the work he believed was before him. He sought God earnestly, that he might be a wise teacher in Israel. Ezra became a mouthpiece for God, educating those about him in the principles that govern heaven…. Whether near the court of the king of Medo-Persia or at Jerusalem, his principal work was that of a teacher. As he communicated to others the truths he learned, his capacity for labor increased. He became a man of piety and zeal. He was the Lord’s witness to the world of the power of Bible truth to ennoble the daily life. The History of Prophets and Kings, 446-448. Beloved, March 4, 2020. In dreams I saw that I was in a city somewhat small, and the mountains could be seen very close to them. I told those who were there to walk towards the slopes of the mountain; only three people, of the hundreds that were there, advanced with me. We reached the mountain slope, leaving behind the people we had begged to advance with us. Soon one of them, a man who was with us, was left behind; We stopped to wait for him and I told him: “don’t delay, advance! Come, we’re waiting for you here.” He looked at me, and with his hands he said goodbye; turned and headed towards the city. It was very sad for everyone to see him return!, but we kept advancing. Only a lady and I reached a rough gorge, which required a lot of effort to climb. I said to the woman: “fear not, if God brought us here, I know we will make it!” We advanced, she slipped, hesitated, but regained her courage and we continued. Soon we reached the green peak with a beautiful valley very healthy, and an enviable appearance for one not wanting to leave. We rested, we drank water from a beautiful spring that sprouted on that peak. Soon we got a little hungry, and we turned to see what could be eaten, and we saw a beautiful tree on one side of the beautiful slope of that great green peak, and there under that leafy tree we ate and rested. {Daisy Escalante: 03-04-2020 #01, en.p2}

While we were resting, a very loud noise surprised us, we looked towards the plain, there we could see land from the plain and a body of salty water; from the bottom of this body of salty water, I saw a great mountain rise that smoked and threw stones of fire all around it; everybody ran, there on the plain, terrified; but as much as they ran, the stones of fire caught them and they perished. February 6, 2021. In dreams, I was made to know that I was to witness something. To let me go see and pay close attention. He told me: “observe.”

I saw several known and unknown families, and they all lived in different kinds of chaos. I saw them tormented, some; and others, with great concern; and others, with great anger, offended many. Their life had been thrown into this chaos, I was told, by their poor decisions. But, without admitting it, they attributed their misfortunes to everything, and everyone, except themselves. Each thing that they did not recognize, of the cause of their misfortune, increased more the chaos in their lives. They lived life without thinking that the Eternal was taking review of their actions, and now —unprotected, to their fate—, they did not lament, but instead grumbled of their great misfortune. I saw some people try to make them understand their real situation, but they became more violent. I saw that the people who tried to help them turned away from them, because they could not make them enter in reason. These people who lived this chaos, it was terrible to be close to them! Because everyone who came near them and followed them [in] their way of life was infected by their chaos. That’s how I saw them, to their fate. {Daisy Escalante: 02-06-2021 , en.p1}

The scene changed and I saw a great depravity at city level, each time it became [more] horrible. I was told that a masterful hand is following his plan outlined for this hour, and that no attempt will stop him, because there is still a deadline for this. {Daisy Escalante: 02-06-2021 , en.p2}

At that moment, beloved, there I woke up. May God grant that we can understand all these things. God grant that we not be rebellious to the Word of the Eternal, because certainly submission to the Word of the Lord is the only thing that will guarantee us eternal life. And not because of our merits, because we know we have none, but because of the merits of Christ Jesus. {Daisy Escalante: 02-06-2021 , en.p3}

Let the Holy Spirit flood our lives, to search the recesses of our mind, our heart, our being, and let us see. Let that be our prayer, that it let us see our real condition so that we can go to the teacher’s feet with a contrite and humbled heart. And we can, there, implore His forgiveness, reconcile with the Beloved while He is still, still, practicing as a lawyer. And, there, let’s get right with Him because that is certainly going to be the cause for us to have a great victory in Christ Jesus. If not, otherwise, beloved brothers, we will perish because by ourselves we will be able to do nothing. May God grant that we can understand and that we be doers of the Word of Truth! August 2, 2021. In dreams I saw a two-story building. I was instructed to enter it and I saw that the first floor was full of water, there was a lot of water running in all places! On the walls there was fungus and moss, and I saw that this first floor was uninhabited. I was surprised to see this because outside that building everything looked very nice, everything was well arranged. {Daisy Escalante: 08-02-2021 #01, en.p1}

Then I was instructed to go to the second floor; there were several families there: one with children, other was [composed of] a woman, other was of two men who were brothers. The woman alone, I could see that she was very sick, but she would not allow herself to be helped. The two brothers heard the warning to leave that place. And the family with children, they took care of each other and did not wish harm to each other. {Daisy Escalante: 08-02-2021 #01, en.p2}

I was instructed to go again to the woman [who was] alone, I helped her with things she needed, which the other families provided for her, because she would not accept it from them directly because of past friction between them; but this woman was full of hatred in her heart and would not accept them. {Daisy Escalante: 08-02-2021 #01, en.p3}

The evening of that day arrived, and many cockroaches and vermin of all kinds began to walk along the inner walls of that second floor. I told the two families: “get out of here, this is no place to live.” But they hesitated, because they had everything they owned there. I told them: “please, you have to leave, this is not safe or hygienic! How can you be used to live like this?” To which the family with children answered me: “we were born here, our whole life has been to live here, we do not know how to live any other way.” I answered them: “you know? Jesus can give you a way of life where you can have peace and full happiness, you just have to believe and advance. Their eyes began to shine. The family, where the two men who were brothers were, I came to their door and urged them to leave in the same way. Although at first they both listened, one accepted but the other did not want to accept. {Daisy Escalante: 08-02-2021 #01, en.p5}

Soon, all those who accepted were already out of the building, we started to walk near a river that had a street on its side. We walked for a long time, we carried provisions to eat and water to drink. I was indicated to follow near that river, and so I told them that we should do. We arrived at a point where a bridge began, it was very high; we began to climb it because it was the only way to follow the road that was next to the river. This time the bridge was taking us over the river, the climb to the bridge was very steep, very steep; but little by little we climbed up and reached the high part, which was a good stretch, and then it went down and the road continued by the river bank again. {Daisy Escalante: 08-02-2021 #01, en.p6}

When we reached the high part we stopped to rest to have something to eat and then resume our march. I saw that three of the people in our group became desperate and said: “we will no longer follow this path, it is too long!, we know how to swim, we will jump into the river and swim and we will get there faster; we are already tired of this walk that does not end!” I was about to speak to them when they quickly jumped by the bridge into the water of the river. Also, while I was looking, a woman jumped in with her child but I did not see when she fell down. I don’t know what happened to her. I started looking for her but she was nowhere to be seen. Those of us who were left quickly started to walk down the bridge and arrived again at the river bank. While we were looking for her, I saw the woman with the child clinging to a rock with one hand and holding her child with the other. She was bleeding profusely!, but when she saw us she begged us to help her. We began to make a chain among those who were there, but there were few of us and we could not reach her. Soon I was told: “get into the water.” I went in. The waters in that place, where she was, were deep and violent but instantly when I put my feet in them they became smooth and were no longer violent. While I was amazed at this, I saw that the woman and child were already coming towards us in calm water, so the others came and helped her. When they were all out of the water I was ordered to get out of the water, and when I got out of the water, it became deep and flowing again. {Daisy Escalante: 08-02-2021 #01, en.p8}

I said to the woman: “Why did you jump with your son?, didn’t you see that the waters were shallow and stony?.” But she replied: “no, when we looked the waters were deep and the stones were not seen, but when we jumped we noticed that the stones were now seen; I was horrified but I was already in the air! I prayed to the Eternal to save my son and to forgive me; and I praise Him, because almost reaching the river I was taken by I do not know who, they took me to deep waters!, we did not touch any stone but the current dragged me and I could only hold on to the stone where I was found.” {Daisy Escalante: 08-02-2021 #01, en.p9}

There we praised the Eternal for His mercies and rested for a while and then resumed our journey beside that river. We had been walking for quite a while when one of those who was with us began to look for wood to build, according to him, a place of refuge. I said to him: “What are you doing?, why are you stopping the march? He answered me: “I am already tired, this time I will stay on my own near this river, this way I will help with my experience to all those who pass by here. You all if you desire continue but I will not continue with you, I know what to do and I do not need to follow your path.” We admonished him, but there was no way to reason with him, and sadly! he continued on his course. We stopped there for a while to try to encourage him to continue, but he went and cut down a tree, and put three trees on the ground as if to make a square of the foundation of a house, and went for the fourth log. He made such an effort in bringing that log, that I asked myself: how could only one man carry such a weight? My eyes opened and I could see that dark beings were helping him and there was one as if fused with him, I closed my eyes, I did not want to see any more. {Daisy Escalante: 08-02-2021 #01, en.p10}

I said to the others: “prepare everything, we have to leave here!” We began to get ready and I saw how the man arrived at the place where he had to put the last log to take it and put it as he wanted, which was to form the square. He then proceeded to walk the last steps to drop the log in its place, when a strong wind from the east blew against him and the log weighed him down to the point of not holding it on his shoulders as he was carrying it, and this weight made him give in and he fell under the log and breathed his last breath and died. It was very impressive to see that scene! where stubbornness, impulsiveness, rebelliousness and not submitting to God’s will creates destruction in us! {Daisy Escalante: 08-02-2021 #01, en.p11}

We left there saddened and meditated on the road with all that had happened. Soon we arrived at the place where we were told: “stay here, and function with nature, you must integrate with it as if you were one; just like the birds, like the snail, like the owl, like the deer; if you achieve this you will have everything to subsist, trust and resist because everything will soon pass; and you will eat the food of Angels and drink from the fountain of living waters; resist the devil and he will flee from you.” There we stayed, it was a quiet place and very refreshed. There we began the task of integrating ourselves, as we were commanded, with nature. There we watched the animals and learned from them how to survive in that place. Isaiah 8

1 Moreover the LORD said unto me, Take thee a great roll, and write in it with a man’s pen concerning Mahershalalhashbaz.
2 And I took unto me faithful witnesses to record, Uriah the priest, and Zechariah the son of Jeberechiah.
3 And I went unto the prophetess; and she conceived, and bare a son. Then said the LORD to me, Call his name Mahershalalhashbaz.
4 For before the child shall have knowledge to cry, My father, and my mother, the riches of Damascus and the spoil of Samaria shall be taken away before the king of Assyria.
5 The LORD spake also unto me again, saying,
6 Forasmuch as this people refuseth the waters of Shiloah that go softly, and rejoice in Rezin and Remaliah’s son;
7 Now therefore, behold, the Lord bringeth up upon them the waters of the river, strong and many, even the king of Assyria, and all his glory: and he shall come up over all his channels, and go over all his banks:
8 And he shall pass through Judah; he shall overflow and go over, he shall reach even to the neck; and the stretching out of his wings shall fill the breadth of thy land, O Immanuel.
9 Associate yourselves, O ye people, and ye shall be broken in pieces; and give ear, all ye of far countries: gird yourselves, and ye shall be broken in pieces; gird yourselves, and ye shall be broken in pieces.
10 Take counsel together, and it shall come to nought; speak the word, and it shall not stand: for God is with us.
11 For the LORD spake thus to me with a strong hand, and instructed me that I should not walk in the way of this people, saying,
12 Say ye not, A confederacy, to all them to whom this people shall say, A confederacy; neither fear ye their fear, nor be afraid.
13 Sanctify the LORD of hosts himself; and let him be your fear, and let him be your dread.
14 And he shall be for a sanctuary; but for a stone of stumbling and for a rock of offence to both the houses of Israel, for a gin and for a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem.
15 And many among them shall stumble, and fall, and be broken, and be snared, and be taken.
16 Bind up the testimony, seal the law among my disciples.
17 And I will wait upon the LORD, that hideth his face from the house of Jacob, and I will look for him.
18 Behold, I and the children whom the LORD hath given me are for signs and for wonders in Israel from the LORD of hosts, which dwelleth in mount Zion.
19 And when they shall say unto you, Seek unto them that have familiar spirits, and unto wizards that peep, and that mutter: should not a people seek unto their God? for the living to the dead?
20 To the law and to the testimony: if they speak not according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.
21 And they shall pass through it, hardly bestead and hungry: and it shall come to pass, that when they shall be hungry, they shall fret themselves, and curse their king and their God, and look upward.
22 And they shall look unto the earth; and behold trouble and darkness, dimness of anguish; and they shall be driven to darkness.
