Sabbath Delight

1 In the mean time, when there were gathered together an innumerable multitude of people, insomuch that they trode one upon another, he began to say unto his disciples first of all, Beware ye of the leaven of the Pharisees, which is hypocrisy.
2 For there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known.
3 Therefore whatsoever ye have spoken in darkness shall be heard in the light; and that which ye have spoken in the ear in closets shall be proclaimed upon the housetops.
4 And I say unto you my friends, Be not afraid of them that kill the body, and after that have no more that they can do.
5 But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him.
6 Are not five sparrows sold for two farthings, and not one of them is forgotten before God?
7 But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Fear not therefore: ye are of more value than many sparrows.
8 Also I say unto you, Whosoever shall confess me before men, him shall the Son of man also confess before the angels of God:
9 But he that denieth me before men shall be denied before the angels of God.
10 And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but unto him that blasphemeth against the Holy Ghost it shall not be forgiven.
11 And when they bring you unto the synagogues, and unto magistrates, and powers, take ye no thought how or what thing ye shall answer, or what ye shall say:
12 For the Holy Ghost shall teach you in the same hour what ye ought to say.
13 And one of the company said unto him, Master, speak to my brother, that he divide the inheritance with me.
14 And he said unto him, Man, who made me a judge or a divider over you?
15 And he said unto them, Take heed, and beware of covetousness: for a man’s life consisteth not in the abundance of the things which he possesseth.
16 And he spake a parable unto them, saying, The ground of a certain rich man brought forth plentifully:
17 And he thought within himself, saying, What shall I do, because I have no room where to bestow my fruits?
18 And he said, This will I do: I will pull down my barns, and build greater; and there will I bestow all my fruits and my goods.
19 And I will say to my soul, Soul, thou hast much goods laid up for many years; take thine ease, eat, drink, and be merry.
20 But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided?
21 So is he that layeth up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God.
22 And he said unto his disciples, Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat; neither for the body, what ye shall put on.
23 The life is more than meat, and the body is more than raiment.
24 Consider the ravens: for they neither sow nor reap; which neither have storehouse nor barn; and God feedeth them: how much more are ye better than the fowls?
25 And which of you with taking thought can add to his stature one cubit?
26 If ye then be not able to do that thing which is least, why take ye thought for the rest?
27 Consider the lilies how they grow: they toil not, they spin not; and yet I say unto you, that Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
28 If then God so clothe the grass, which is to day in the field, and to morrow is cast into the oven; how much more will he clothe you, O ye of little faith?
29 And seek not ye what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink, neither be ye of doubtful mind.
30 For all these things do the nations of the world seek after: and your Father knoweth that ye have need of these things.
31 But rather seek ye the kingdom of God; and all these things shall be added unto you.
32 Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.
33 Sell that ye have, and give alms; provide yourselves bags which wax not old, a treasure in the heavens that faileth not, where no thief approacheth, neither moth corrupteth.
34 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
35 Let your loins be girded about, and your lights burning;
36 And ye yourselves like unto men that wait for their lord, when he will return from the wedding; that when he cometh and knocketh, they may open unto him immediately.
37 Blessed are those servants, whom the lord when he cometh shall find watching: verily I say unto you, that he shall gird himself, and make them to sit down to meat, and will come forth and serve them.
38 And if he shall come in the second watch, or come in the third watch, and find them so, blessed are those servants.
39 And this know, that if the goodman of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched, and not have suffered his house to be broken through.
40 Be ye therefore ready also: for the Son of man cometh at an hour when ye think not.
41 Then Peter said unto him, Lord, speakest thou this parable unto us, or even to all?
42 And the Lord said, Who then is that faithful and wise steward, whom his lord shall make ruler over his household, to give them their portion of meat in due season?
43 Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing.
44 Of a truth I say unto you, that he will make him ruler over all that he hath.
45 But and if that servant say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; and shall begin to beat the menservants and maidens, and to eat and drink, and to be drunken;
46 The lord of that servant will come in a day when he looketh not for him, and at an hour when he is not aware, and will cut him in sunder, and will appoint him his portion with the unbelievers.
47 And that servant, which knew his lord’s will, and prepared not himself, neither did according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes.
48 But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more.
49 I am come to send fire on the earth; and what will I, if it be already kindled?
50 But I have a baptism to be baptized with; and how am I straitened till it be accomplished!
51 Suppose ye that I am come to give peace on earth? I tell you, Nay; but rather division:
52 For from henceforth there shall be five in one house divided, three against two, and two against three.
53 The father shall be divided against the son, and the son against the father; the mother against the daughter, and the daughter against the mother; the mother in law against her daughter in law, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
54 And he said also to the people, When ye see a cloud rise out of the west, straightway ye say, There cometh a shower; and so it is.
55 And when ye see the south wind blow, ye say, There will be heat; and it cometh to pass.
56 Ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky and of the earth; but how is it that ye do not discern this time?
57 Yea, and why even of yourselves judge ye not what is right?
58 When thou goest with thine adversary to the magistrate, as thou art in the way, give diligence that thou mayest be delivered from him; lest he hale thee to the judge, and the judge deliver thee to the officer, and the officer cast thee into prison.
59 I tell thee, thou shalt not depart thence, till thou hast paid the very last mite.

Chapter 3 Topic: “God’s Answers Are Not Always What We Expect”

Ask, then; ask, and ye shall receive. Ask for humility, wisdom, courage, increase of faith. To every sincere prayer an answer will come. It may not come just as you desire, or at the time you look for it; but it will come in the way and at the time that will best meet your need. The prayers you offer in loneliness, in weariness, in trial, God answers, not always according to your expectations, but always for your good.—(Messages to Young People, 250.) {Pr 37.2; Or 45.3}

loved, December 5, 2018. In dreams I saw how many women were preparing for weddings. They went into rooms and were dressing up, and each one took great care in this preparation. I observed that each of them dressed in a unique way, avoiding repeating the preparation of the others that were also preparing there. I heard them express themselves and one said: “he will choose me.” And another said: “no, you don’t, you don’t have what I have.” I also heard another say: “I am purer than you.” Yet another said, with a great laugh: “poor conceited!, I carry something that you do not have and that is what is needed to be elected.” The others looked at her and saw nothing in her that would make them see any difference between them, and that last one then exclaimed: “pretending, I’ve been pretending all this time, but now after being chosen I won’t have to pretend anymore.” In that I heard the noise of a chain, I searched with my eyes for the noise that I had heard with my ears, and I saw in the distance, behind, far behind all of them, a woman in chains; She was crying and crying out for deliverance, and she looked tired, bruised, and suffering. {Daisy Escalante: 12-05-2018 , en.p1}

Then I heard a trumpet sound, that noise was unique, and a voice like a roar throughout the firmament, and it said something that I did not understand, but that suffering woman understood. The others were pale with terror, and all this was happening before me. {Daisy Escalante: 12-05-2018 , en.p2}

Then I saw an open door in Heaven and a light was coming out of it, and I heard again the noise of all the chains. I looked away from the Heaven and turned to look at the chained woman, I saw her that she was standing and the chains had fallen before her, and she was no longer imprisoned. The wicked woman, more than all, shouted to the others: “run! let’s catch her! don’t let her escape!. But this, fixed her eyes at Heaven began to rise and passed over them, and entered through the door of heaven that was open and from which light emanated. The door closed and I didn’t see her anymore. Then I looked at the women, the ones who wanted to catch this suffering woman, and I only saw some of their clothing, because their body was lying on the ground, turned to dust. {Daisy Escalante: 12-05-2018 , en.p3}

There, beloved, I woke up, I woke up startled before such a scene, praying and crying out to God for His faithful people on the broad face of the earth. Let’s get ready brothers! The Lord is very close! He is speaking very clearly to His people, I hope, and I pray, it is my request and prayer that each of us can understand what the Lord wants to say to each one of us. May 17, 2020. In dreams I could appreciate a very great anguish in different parts of the world, and this anguish was accentuated here also in Puerto Rico. There was no longer economic or food stability and fear was in great magnitude. {Daisy Escalante: 05-17-2020 , en.p1}

I was transported to the living room of a sister I know, there I saw myself talking to her about this time, and the quick and decisive preparation that had to be done. I also saw myself exhorting her about the young people that struggles to be faithful to the Lord and the danger they run, and exhorting her to prepare. I was let to know that the opportunity had come in the living room of her home, and she had taken it lightly; since in her pace she felt safe. {Daisy Escalante: 05-17-2020 , en.p2}

The scene changed and I was at my house, the phone rang and I took the call, I heard the voice of the sister who with great fear and anguish said to me: “Daisy, what should I do? This is terrible!, what do I do now? I’m desperate, I don’t know what to do! tell me what to do, help me! She was desperate, the situation was such that she did not know what to do and could not find a solution; I saw that like her there were many who took the time of preparation lightly, and now desperation took over their lives. {Daisy Escalante: 05-17-2020 , en.p3}

At that moment there I woke up, begging the Lord that everything we know we should do, let’s do it and not delay, because if not time will catch us, and then it will be too late. I pray that in the Lord we can advance at accurate time. May the Lord bless us. {Daisy Escalante: 05-17-2020 , en.p4}

April 13, 2021. In dreams, I saw a river with lava, and people did not want to move. I alerted, but since the lava could be seen under the water, down hill, many did not see it; and others, from a distance, got near and could not observe it. Others simply ignored the warning. Others said: “there has been no movement or explosion, there is no smoke, how can there be lava flowing under the waters of the river?” I was seeing how that river of red lava moved slowly, but constantly, under the crystal clear water of that river. {Daisy Escalante: 04-13-2021 , en.p1}

I kept alerting, but only my close family and two other people listened. We left that place in a hurry. And, on the way, we encouraged those who were going in the direction of the river. This river was in a beautiful mountain of green and leafy trees and everyone longed to get out of the road, where the sun hit hard, to be under the coolness of said trees. So, my family and these two persons, we were going in the opposite direction of all of them and we alerted everyone without being heard. {Daisy Escalante: 04-13-2021 , en.p2}

Soon, we came out of the mountain. I looked back, because of instruction given to me to do so. And I saw that there were, on the mountain, patches of dry trees. I was told: “speak one more time.” My voice came out like it had a megaphone in it and I said, “Look up, there’s the evidence.” Some turned when they heard my voice. They looked in the direction [to] where [I] was. With gestures on their hands they told me to be quiet. Others didn’t even turn around. Only about seven, out of all that crowd, looked towards where I was, and I raised my hand and pointed to the top of the mountain. They turned to see it and there they realized the danger, and they ran in the direction to where I was! {Daisy Escalante: 04-13-2021 , en.p3}

I kept insisting. The mountain was silent, as if nothing imminent was happening. The great crowd of people went into it and I stopped seeing the last one who entered its premises. Those who turned around arrived with us, and we crossed the valley. And we were indicated to climb a mountain very far and distant from that one. And so we did. We could see in the distance the mountain where the people had entered, that crowd. We were so far away that when we put our hand in front of us, we couldn’t see them. Soon, it got dark. Suddenly, a lightning crossed the heavens and an extension of it touched the top of the mountain. This shuddered and a fire exploded with lava and brimstone. The explosion was very strong and the current of lava which, in an instant, burned that mountain on all sides! And there was no more life in it! It was terrifying to witness that! Many stayed buried there! Known and unknown, Adventists and non-Adventists, relatives and non-relatives, of many of us who had escaped by the mercy of the ETERNAL. {Daisy Escalante: 04-13-2021 , en.p5}

There I was told that, like that mountain that did not give strong indications that something was wrong, but rather remained calm until everyone trusted [and] entered it and then this trapped them in a strike, like that will be the fate of all who disdains the warnings of the Most High. The enemy lurks quietly and without much movement at simple sight; and, under the water, he plots his infernal trap so that all who close their ears to the divine warning fall into his traps. {Daisy Escalante: 04-13-2021 , en.p6}

Soon —I was let known —, just as electricity multiplies its voltage when it has water as its conductor, so it will be internally in many who, out of disobedience to the Most High and believing they are the owners of their bodies, do what they please with it. Every being that —knowingly, for mere convenience— yields to this, will be an open door where external waves will enter and the internal electricity of the body will be intercepted by these waves; and all thought, attitude and habitual way of the being will be changed. {Daisy Escalante: 04-13-2021 , en.p7}

Will we heed the warning or will we be rebellious to His voice? The decision is ours because of the wonderful gift of free will that Heaven granted us.
